Q: What is the rental lease term?
A:  Initial 6 months, thereafter monthly renewable.

Q: When can I commence the rental period?
A:  You may commence on any day during the month.
    - If the start date falls on or before the 15th of the month, we will
      initially bill you pro-rata for the first month. Subsequent bills will
      be on a calendar month basis.
    - If the start date falls after the 15th of the month, your initial bill
      will be the sum of your pro-rata rent for the first month, plus rent
      for the next calendar month.

Q: When & how do I pay the monthly rent?
A:  Payment is due monthly in advance and by Autopay only

Q: How much notice is required if I wish to terminate the lease?
A:  After the lease term, we require 1 month's written notification to
     terminate.

Q: Is any rental deposit required?
A:  We require a rental deposit of $1,000.
